BioSafe Sanidate All Purpose Disinfectant contains both hydrogen peroxide and peroxyacetic acid as its active ingredients and kills and eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella enterica. It is a fast-acting product that leaves no residue behind. It also deodorizes and effectively removes dirt, oils, grime, and other common soils. Ideal for use on floors, tables, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and pet toys. For best results, ensure that treated areas remain wet for 10 minutes.

SPRAY APPLICATIONS
Dilute this product and apply as a spray for convenient disinfection of hard, non-porous surfaces. Prepare a fresh solution daily.
TO PREPARE FOR SPRAY APPLICATIONS
0.75 fl. oz. (1.5 tablespoons) + 32 fl. oz. of water. Prepare a fresh solution daily.
Pre-clean heavily soiled areas. Spray surfaces using a coarse spray with SaniDate All Purpose Disinfectant solution until thoroughly wet. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Allow to air dry. Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water prior to reuse.
CLEANING MOLD AND MILDEW
Use to eliminate and control growth of mold and mildew and odors caused by them on hard, non-porous surfaces. Mix at a rate of 2.5–3.0 fl. oz. of SaniDate All Purpose Disinfectant per 1 gallon of water.
Pre-clean heavily soiled areas. Apply solution with mop, cloth, sponge, brush, scrubber, or coarse spray device or by soaking to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes then remove solution and entrapped soil with a clean wet mop, cloth, or wet vacuum pickup. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears.
SPOT CLEAN AND DEODORIZE CARPETS
For cleaning, deodorizing and removing pet urine stains on carpets: Add 1.0–2.0 fl. oz. of SaniDate All Purpose Disinfectant per 1 gallon of water. Blot or spray a light even coating (from 6–8 inches above), on soiled area of the carpet until damp. Gently blot area with a clean, damp, color-safe cloth. Repeat as needed. Let air dry. Vacuum if necessary.

Can it be used on furniture that smells real bad?
The Sanidate All Purpose Disinfectant will disinfect and deodorize non-porous surfaces. It cannot be used on furniture that smells real bad. You may want to look at the BAC-A-ZAP to get rid of unpleasant odors in the home, but it also eliminates the stench of cigarette smoke in apartments, automobiles, and nightclubs, improves the flow of slow drains, removes drain flies, and enhances composting.
