Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action Built For Seeding is a unique fertilizer developed with three modes of action that jump starts seed growth, feeds new seeds, and protects against weeds for up to 6 weeks. It contains just the right combination of nutrients to help new lawns grow thicker and faster with stronger roots. Highly effective in preventing stubborn weeds including dandelion, crabgrass, carpetweed, ground ivy, henbit, and yellow nutsedge (see label for complete list). Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action works best when applied to a dry lawn and lightly watered in. Use a rotary or drop spreader to apply. Recommended for use on tall fescue, fine fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, and centipede grasses. The 17.2 pound bag covers 4,000 sq. ft.
