Southern Ag Atrazine Weed Killer for St Augustine Grass only lists spurweed on the label not burweed so we cannot confirm it would work for it. Pendulum 2G is labelled for Burweed in both Cool and Warm Season Lawns.

Burweed is best controlled with a pre-emergent before the weed germinates in early spring so depending on the region you are in, you may be past the window to apply a pre-emergent. We would suggest contacting the Master Gardener with the Cooperative Extension in your county for confirmation on if a pre-emergent would be effective now.
