Southern Ag Brush Killer does what the label says and kills hard-to-kill vines and brush. Use Southern Ag Brush Killer to control undesirable vines, broadleaf weeds, and woody plants around your buildings, fences, trails, right of ways, walkways, and non-crop areas. Also, keeps stumps from sprouting.
This looks very promising. Foreclosure next door, tons of weeds and vines trying make it across to our side. Applied 2 days ago to 'escapee' pests, and it looks like it will work. Used a spray bottle (5 gal.) with recommended recipe. Might just keep me from listing our house for sale!!! Thanks for the fast shipping and great prices.
Is there a product to Kill poison ivy and brush, but not trees?
Hello, need some help. Do you have a good product you would recommend that would kill brush overgrowth and poison ivy, but not harm the surrounding young & mature oak, pine trees, etc? Some that hopefully wouldn't harm the grass surrounding the area either. Thank you in advance for your help!
Unfortunately, there is not a product made to kill plants like ivy that would not also affect trees or turf. You could use a product such as Southern Ag Brush Killer as a foliar spray or painted on to cut plant surfaces, just be careful not to treat desirable plants when making these applications. This product does not, however, translocate through the ground to other plants that have not come into contact with the product.
Will this kill Virginia Creeper (five leaf...looks like poison ivy) in Southern Georgia
Southern Ag Brush Killer is not specifically labeled for Virginia Creeper. We do have a product called Bonide Poison Ivy and Brush Killer that is labeled for virginia creeper. PLease make sure to follow the label instructions.
When to plant after using Southern Ag Brush Killer
How soon after using Southern Ag Brush Killer can I plant new plants? I am trying , desperately, to kill wisteria on a steep bank. Also, would it be safe to grow a vegetable garden near where it had been used. THANK YOU
How often can/should Southern Ag Brush Killer be applied?
Main use is for a levee that in the past has been overgrown with blackberry, ragweed, burdock, and small saplings like locust and willow.
Southern Ag Brush Killer can used as often as needed to conrol actively growing brush in your yard/levee. Typically it can take up to 6 weeks for a plant to die depending on size of plant, type of plant being treated and how the product was applied.
