We do not recommend applying any chemicals to child's playset. You will want to treat the structure and holes to eradicate Carpenter Bees. To treat your home, we recommend applying the products in our Carpenter Bee Kits. Please refer to the labels for mixing and application instructions.
Southern Ag Natural Pyrethrin Concentrate will kill the stink bugs that you make direct contact with while applying but it does not leave a residual. For more long term control we have put together an Overwintering kit that is just for stink bugs. This kit includes Demon WP insecticide with Cypermethrin, Eco PCO dust and a hand duster for easy application. You should treat once a month through November for best results.
Southern Ag Natural Pyrethrin Concentrate, like most insecticides, are not specifically tested or labeled to be used on marijuana plants. Although, no insecticide on the market is labeled for marijuana, some customers have found success using the Evergreen Pyrethrum Concentrate (OMRI Certified) for mites and a wide variety of insects. Be sure to check the product label for specific use instructions and do not apply to marijuana plants while they are flowering.
Southern Ag Pyrethrin Concentrate is not labeled for use in misting systems. For a misting system, we suggest Martins Permethrin 10% plus Martins SynerPRO Syngergist for a 55-gallon drum. For light to moderate infestations, use ½ gallon Martins Permethrin 10% with 7 fl oz Martins SynerPro Synergist in a 55-gallon drum. For heavy infestations or difficult pests, use 1 gallon Martins 10% Permethrin with 16 fl oz Martins SynerPRO in 55 gallon drum.
Treating the horses directly with a Martins Permethrin 36.8% would be recommended to protect the animals against horn flies, face flies, stable flies, house flies, horse flies, black flies, eye gnats, mange mites, scabies mites, ticks, lice, and fleas. Mix rate is 0.25 fl oz per 16 fl oz of water and applied at 1-2 fl. oz. spray per animal. Spot treat back, face, legs, tail and ears. Please refer to the product label and consult with your veterinarian before treating.
Southern Ag Natural Pyrethrin Concentrate can be mixed with Precor IGR for indoor applications. Most pyrethroids do contain a smell but will eventually dissipate. We carry NyGuard Plus that contains the growth regulator and a deodorizer for indoor applications. We also carry products for outdoor flea treatments. To speed up the elimination of fleas, vacuum once a day for 14 days following the application (even on hard surfaced floors). A minimum of two applications two weeks apart will be required.
