    Q
Why do you not restock Specticle FLO?
DoMyOwn indicates this is no longer made, but other vendors have this & a call to Bayer indicates Specticle FLO is still manufactured & is one of their best products. Please restock
    A

We apologize for any confusion with the verbiage on the website. Specticle FLO is a product we no longer carry due to agency restrictions . We do carry Marengo Herbicide that contains the same active ingredient.

    Q
Can Specticle FLO be applied to a bermuagrass lawn that is overseeded every October with perennial ryegrass?
    A

No, Specticle FLO should not be applied on annual and perennial ryegrass or on bermudagrass overseeded with ryegrass. Per the product label, provide an untreated buffer zone of at least 15 ft between overseeded bermudagrass and treated areas.

Fahrenheit Herbicide may be an alternative options for pre emergent control of listed weeds. Bermudagrass may be treated with broadcast applications prior to overseeding. Allow a minimum of 2 months (60 days) between broadcast application to established turf and overseeding with ryegrass. Please refer to the Fahrenheit Herbicide product label for a list of weeds controlled and application rates.

    Q
Are there temperature restrictions when applying Specticle Flo liquid?
I know some post-emergent herbicides have restrictions such as: do not apply when temperatures are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I understand Specticle Flo is a pre-emergent. However, we live on the gulf coast of southern Alabama and always have to be cautious of temperature restrictions. Are there any restrictions other than cautions with wind?
    A

Specticle FLO does not have a specific temperature restriction, however we recommend applying in the early morning or late in the evening when temperatures are coolest for the day (between 65 to 85 degrees). You do want to make sure you are keeping applications a good distance from water.

You can also refer to the label for further restrictions.

    Q
Can you mix Celsius wg with Specticle ?
    A
The Celsius WG Herbicide label states the following: If this product is to be tank-mixed with other products, compatibility should be tested prior to mixing. To test for compatibility, use a small container and mix a small amount (0.5 to 1 qt) of spray, combining all ingredients in the same ratio as the anticipated use. If any indications of physical incompatibility develop (precipitation, settling, changes in color), do not use this mixture for spraying. Indications of incompatibility may occur within 5-15 minutes after mixing. Read and follow the label of each tank mix product used for precautionary statements, directions for use, geographic and other restriction.  Always check the label on the product you're inquiring about mixing with the Celsius, as it will have instructions regarding tank mixing with other products.  Always follow the more restrictive of the labels.

    Q
Seeding after specticle flo. How long before rye can be seeded?
    A
The wait time between a pre-emergent such as Specticle FLO & overseeding is a season. For example if you apply it in the fall, you do not want to seed till the spring. Or if you seed in the fall, you cannot spray till spring
