Yes, Archer IGR can be diluted in the same tank with Suspend Polyzone. Be sure to follow the product label for Archer and the product label for Suspend Polyzone so that the dilution rates and application sites are compatible, and that these products can be applied for the pest you are treating. There are very few restrictions on diluting insecticides and insect growth regulators.
There is no valid reason to mix Suspend Polyzone and Demand CS together, it would not make either product work better or produce better results, though it could make treated areas repellent lessening the effectiveness of the treatment. Areas that have been treated with Suspend Polyzone are safe for chickens and other animals to return once dry, typically after 4-6 hours. It would not affect the eggs they lay.
You could potentially spray Suspend Polyzone around an AC unit as long as you are not spraying directly into any vents or electrical equipment. Be sure that you have installed the unit correctly and sealed up the edge properly. It would be unlikely for roaches to enter through equipment like that if it is properly maintained and in working order.
