Ultracide is a ready to use aerosol can that contains an insecticide and insect growth regulator. You do not need to also use Suspend SC, which cannot be used on carpets inside so is not recommended for inside flea control. We do have a great guide here on "How to Get Rid of Fleas" that will give helpful advice on what should be done.
It is not recommended to use a quart size container with this product. Suspend SC offers a monthly exterior residual and a quarterly interior residual.
I'm sorry, but I am unsure exactly what product it is you are inquiring about. If you are asking about using Termidor SC in crawl spaces, then the answer is that you can if you are treating a live infestation of termites, or you are doing a trenching treatment for the prevention of termites. You cannot use Termidor in a crawl space or otherwise indoors for a topical spray for ants. You can use Suspend SC for treatment in a crawl space or crack and crevice/spot treatment indoors for surface pests.
Both the Suspend SC and the Talstar P contain synthetic pyrethroids for active ingredients and will provide very similar results. The only advantage to using Talstar P over Suspend SC is that it is known to be super gentle on most plants (do not use on edible vegetation) and is virtually odorless, while Suspend SC does have a slight odor. Both products can be used indoors and outdoors and both products are safe to use in houses with children and pets. Keep in mind that you will not need to treat in winter months if you are in a cold area (temperatures consistently below 40 degrees) unless you currently have a specific pest infestation.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using Suspend SC or any other insecticides directly on animal mounts. You could use Suspend SC as a crack and crevice spray in the room where they are present, but we would not recommend spraying them directly. If you would like to tell us more about what pest you are treating, then we may be able to give you more specific treatment advice.
Suspend SC is labeled for Gypsy moth larvae, but we would recommend a product like Monterey Garden Insect Spray. Using an insect spray containing Spinosad is the most effective way to treat for this type of caterpillar. When sprayed on the foliage, this products works by poisoning the caterpillars feeding on the leaves.

Suspend SC is a water based insecticide that should not stain anything that water itself would not stain. Having said that we always recommend that you test any product you choose on a small inconspicuous area to be sure staining will not occur. Sometimes old paint can be an issue when using any product.
Once the Suspend SC application has dried, it is safe for pets to be in the area.
Suspend SC would be a great product to use for millipedes. We also have some guides here for treating.
Suspend SC could harm amphibians if they were sprayed directly with the product. You should not apply Suspend SC in a way that would contaminate water containing aquatic life. This is a non-selective insecticide, so it will kill flying insects that are sprayed directly or which contact the treated areas, including flies which would be desirable to frogs and other amphibians. If you are reducing the flying insect population, then these predators may go elsewhere to find food. If you would like to use an insecticide that is safer around aquatic areas, then Essentria IC3 is a great choice.
For best results, Suspend SC should be applied to dry surfaces.
