There is no valid reason to mix Suspend SC and Talstar P together. Talstar P is a synthetic pyrethroid and Suspend SC already contains a synthetic pyrethroid, so there would be nothing to gain by mixing these products together. Making a pesticide too strong can actually backfire. Areas that are treated with this overly concentrated spray will be repellent and insects will simply avoid the treated areas prolonging the infestation.
We recommend applying Talstar anytime of the day EXCEPT during the middle of the day. The key with mosquitoes is to apply to the underside of the leaves as that is where the adults lay during the day.

We typically recommend Talstar P for general home pest control. It is labeled for over 75 different pests, so it will work for all of the ones you mentioned as well as many others. It can be used indoor and outdoors, and it is odorless, dries clear, leaves no stains, is non-irritating to the skin, and won't break down easily with rainfall. You will want to treat every 90 days indoors, and every 30 days outdoors. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
You can mix Talstar P with an herbicide as long as there are no restrictions on the label for the other product that you are using. We recommend performing a small jar test for compatibility any time you are using two new products together for the first time. Be mindful that you are only applying your herbicide in the correct areas.
Unused mix of Talstar P (Talstar One) can be poured out right along the foundation of a structure.

An insecticide like Talstar P would be a great option for you for all of these pests, along with many others. It is recommended to also use an insect growth regulator (IGR) like Archer IGR for fleas and ticks to stop them from reproducing. Both of these products can be applied with a hand pump sprayer. For roach control using Talstar P, we would recommend using the higher rate of 1 oz. of Talstar P per gallon of water. Keep in mind that you should not rely on a spray like Talstar P as the only product you are using to eliminate a roach infestation. We also recommend using a roach bait gel and an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) for the most complete roach control. We sell these items together in our Roach Control Kits. Please take a few moments to review our online Roach Treatment Guide for more tips.
