We do not recommend treating the inside of the home with Talstar P for flea control. It is a crack and crevice application indoors only. Fleas will be on the majority portion of the flooring and furniture. We recommendt that you treat with the products in our Indoor Flea Kit. Camel spiders certainly look scary but are basically harmless. You can treat the exterior and interior of structures if needed with a product such as Talstar P. Talstar works well for spiders, scorpions and other invading pests. We usually would not recommend Termidor for spider control as it is a very slow acting insecticide.
According to the Talstar P product label "all pesticide handlers must wear a respiratory protection device when working in a non-ventilated space." Respiratory devices are not required for well ventilated spaces or outdoor applications. The Talstar P product label also says "all applicators should wear longsleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes and chemical-resistant gloves."
We do not recommend that you treat the cages with Talstar P and dish soap. You could use a cleaner and water to wash the pet cages. Talstar P is mixed with water and applied to the cracks and crevices indoors and other areas listed on the product label.

Talstar is often the go to product for interior plantscapes. The product is labaled for most plant infesting insects and can be used on plants indoors as long as they are non-edible.
Talstar P is not specifically labeled for lace bugs. Sevin Concentrate is labeled for treating lace bugs on azaleas.You will mix 1.5 fl oz per gallon of water per 1,000 sq ft.
Yes, Talstar P can be used with a garden hose end sprayer. Be sure to change the settings on the hose end sprayer to ensure you are mixing the correct amount.
All of the surfaces that were incorrectly sprayed will need to be thoroughly washed with soap and water to remove the product. After the areas have been washed they will be safe to use again.
Per the Talstar P label, when applying mixed solution, the applicator needs to wear shirt, shoes, socks, pants and waterproof gloves. If applying in a non-ventilated area, applicator will need to wear a resperatory mask. You may look at our Basic Safety Kit for the necessary protective gear.
