The ground does not have to be wet prior to treating with Tempo SC Ultra. Per the product label, the ground should not be saturated with water or water logged prior to application.
No, Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled to be used inside of cabinets. This product should only be used around baseboards, cracks and crevices.
For fruit flies, we do have a contact kill called PI Aerosol that can be used inside of cabinets. Be sure to take everything out the cabinets when you are spraying. Once it is dry, it is safe you to put everything back inside the cabinets. Tempo SC Ultra is labeled to treat fungus gnats on indoor plants. Please refer to product label for specific instructions. Fungus gnats are present due to overwatering of the plants, so if the soil is allowed to dry completely, then the fungus gnats will die out.
