Yes, Tempo SC Ultra will kill flies. Please make sure to pay close attention to entry points and areas that contain moisture (undersides of leaves, bathroom, laundry room). Also, spray outdoors around the perimeter of your home 2-3 feet up and out. It is a residual product that can take a few day to start killing insects.
