Tempo SC is not specifically labeled for noseeums therefore cannot be recommended for soley treating noseeums.
Talstar P or Onslaught Insecticide would be a better alternative to for noseeums and to treat other insects such as mosquitoes, midgegs, chiggers, fleas, ticks, etc. Applications should be focused on spraying the undersides of leaves on bushes, trees, shrubs, and the exterior perimeter fountation of the home.
For the exterior foundation of the home, spray 2-3 ft up and 2-3ft from the foundation as well as spraying around window frames, window screens, door frames, and cracks and crevices that may be used as points of entry. including around windows. PT Microcare CS Pressurized Insecticide can be used as a contact kill/repellent around windows frames, screens and other entry points to the home.

Tempo SC Ultra can kill pollinators like bees if you spray them directly or they contact treated surfaces. To reduce risk to pollinators, we recommend that you avoid spraying flowering plants and that you treat in the morning or evening when they are less active.
Additionally, for fly control near livestock we recommend using traps such as the Flies Be Gone. These traps are easy to use and can each catch thousands of flies. Be sure to hang in a sunny area away from where you spend time. We have more tips in our Fly Treatment Guide here.
Tempo SC Ultra for outdoor perimeter applications is mixed at 8ml to 16ml per gallon of water and can be applied 2-3ft up and 2-3ft out from the foundation, spraying cracks in the foundation, where cables and utilities enter the home, the undersides of eaves, soffits, around the edges of doors & windows protected from rainfall by a covering, overhang, awning, etc.
For indoor appplications, Tempo SC Ultra is also mixed at 8ml to 16ml per gallon of water as a crack and crevices or spot treatment along baseboards, corners, around water pipes, behind and under refridgerators, cabinets, sinks and stoves. This product can be applied to walls, floors, ceilings, in and around cabinets, between, behind and beneath equipment, around floor drains, window and door frames, etc.

Tempo SC Ultra is labeled for bagworms and will be effective on them up until they form the bag.Once the bags have formed, there is little you can do for control other than to physically remove them.

No, Tempo SC Ultra does not need to be applied directly on armyworms to be effective. Once armyworms and other labeled insects cross the treated area, their bodies will pick up the active ingredient.
Per the product label for Turf Pests, apply 4ml to 8ml per 1000 sq ft or 6 to 12 fl oz per acre. Use high rate for heavier infestations or longer residual.
The amount of active ingredient in Tempo SC Ultra that is lethal to insects such as a flies, ants, roaches, etc is minimal than what would be harmful to larger animals such as a dog or cat. Generally speaking, a cat would have to consume double its' body weight in flies in order to have any affect. If you have concerns regarding your pets health, it is always recommended to contact your Veternarian for their medical advice.
When using insectiides, you want to keep kids and pets out of the treatment areas until the application has completely dried. Once dry, it is safe for them to re-enter.
Since Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled for use on edible plants such as fruit trees, we recommend that you do not consume fruit for one year on those plants.

Yes, Tempo SC Ultra is labeled for the control of centipedes and it will kill them.
Tempo SC is a mostly clear-drying product; however if it is over mixed, over applied/saturated in one area, and allowed to pool up it can leave a milky white residue behind. Mopping or cleaning the residue off surfaces will remove the product.
If there are areas of residue or overspray, we would recommend cleaning/mopping the areas. One dry, reapplying along the cracks and crevices along baseboards, around windows, doors, under cabinets, etc. This is not to be applied as a surface or broadcast spray.
