Tempo Ultra WSP should only be mixed with water and applied to indoor crack and crevices. It is labeled for bedbugs but should not be the only product used for a bedbug infestation alone. First, using powders or dusts alone will not effectively get rid of a bedbug infestation. Insecticide dusts and powders take about a week to actually kill insects and in that time the bedbugs can still bite and reproduce. We offer bedbug kits that contain all of the different products you need to eliminate bedbugs and retreatments should be done every 7-10 days until you do not receive a bite for 30 days. Most dusts only need to be applied once every few months and unless you vacuumed. We also highly recommend using mattress and boxspring encasements to help eliminate bedbug infestations. These bedbug proof covers will trap existing bedbugs and eliminate hiding places and make inspections easier.
Since we only carry the Tempo Ultra WSP in 50 gram packs, we recommend contacting the manufacture for the correct mixing ratio. You may reach Bayer at 800-331-2867 for assistance

Tempo Ultra WSP is not labeled to treat bird mites. It is important to be absolutely sure you are actually dealing with bird mites. Have the suspected bird mite identified by a reputable source, such as your local cooperative extension office or a reputable pest control operator. Treatments will vary for different pests. Treatment for say bedbugs is much different than the treatment for bird mites. Removal of the infested nest or bird and a thorough cleanup is necessary. For treatment in the home, we recommend you frequently vacuum all carpet and upholstery and dispose of the bag or vacuum contents in a sealed bag outdoors. Spray Sterifab on couches, chairs and other upholstered furniture where you may spend time resting. Use MotherEarth Dust in all cracks and crevices around the perimeter of the room. Apply a thin coat of MotherEarth dust to rugs and carpets. Rake (not sweep) nap back and forth, causing dust to enter rug or carpet. Let product sit overnight. Repeat application as necessary and vacuum every 3 - 4 days for effective control. MotherEarth dust does not have a fast knockdown, it can take several days for insects to die after they contact the dust.Onslaught can be used for a faster knockdown. Thoroughly apply as a fine particle broadcast spray using a hand pump sprayer to infested rugs and carpets and other cracks and crevices around the perimeter of each room. Put all clothes through the dryer on high heat to help kill mites and their eggs.We have had many customers use the above recommendations with great success. Most customers report that it can take several months to get rid of all of the mites. Finding and removing the source of the infestation is very important and is the key to getting rid of the mites for good.
Tempo Ultra WSP Insecticide does not have a transfer effect and would not be the best for termites because of this. Termidor SC is the top non repellent product to use for termites and will help to eliminate the entire colony of subterranean termites. Please take a few moments to review our treatment article on How to Treat for Termites for a successful application.
Since both products contain synthetic pyrethroids there is no valid reason to mix Suspend SC and Tempo Ultra WSP Insecticide together, it would not make either product work better or produce better results, though it could make treated areas repellent to insects lessening the effectiveness of the treatment. We would suggest adding ExciteR , for an initial knockdown.
