The consistency of the Termidor FOAM when expanding is similar to a high volume hair mousse that will disipate slowly after injected into the space. It is not a hard foaming expansion foam so should not cause damage to any doors or joints.
Please view our How to Apply Termidor Foam Video for a quick demonstration of how the foam looks and is applied.
For further technical information, please reach out to the manufacturer BASF at 770-985-9195 regarding this matter.
Termidor Foam can be applied to wall voids where suspected termite or ant activity is found, and as long as you are not drilling into the wires behind the wall, the foam would have no impact on the materials it may come into contact with besides the termites.
When applying Termidor FOAM you will want to wear a long sleeve shirt, long pants, gloves, closed toed shoes, googles if there is any chance of the product getting into your eyes, and some sort of respirator when applying to areas that are not well ventilated such as indoors
