Yes, Termidor SC will kill wasps and it is labeled for wasps. However, Termidor SC is also labeled to only be used on a structure or immediately around the foundation of a structure. So, while it will not damage or harm the wood of the swing set it is not labeled to be used there. You can use a pyrethrin product such as Wasp Freeze to knockdown the wasps that are currently buzzing around. We do not recommend spraying anything directly onto swing sets as the children will come in repeat contact with the insecticides. Finding the wasp nest and treating it directly would be the most effective treatment. Some species of wasps can also be baited. You can set out an empty tuna fish can and see if the wasps are attracted to it. If the wasps are attracted to it, you can try baiting with our Yellow Jacket Bait Station Kit.
If you spray a good barrier around the foundation of the home with Termidor it will technically control any species of ant that would crawl across it. You can treat 1 foot up on the side of the home, and 1 foot out on the ground, as well as around any other entry point for the ants like windows, doors and where pipes or wires enter the home. The ants will walk across the Termidor, pick it up unknowingly, and take it back to the nest to eliminate them at the source. Please see our Fire Ant Treatment Guide for recommendations on how best to treat for this pest.
Termidor SC can be shipped to California but it cannot be used for indoor applications. Since you have drywood termites in the attic, the most recommended product for your situation would be Bora-Care. Bora-Care is applied to raw wood for termite control and it will penetrate the entire piece of wood and erradicate an active infestation as well as preserve it. The great thing about Bora Care is that it is natural, last for the entire life of the wood (never goes away), and dries completely clear. Termidor would not be recommended because it doesn't penetrate wood and injections directly into the affected wood would be neccessary for treatment and it doesn't last very long.
You can use Termidor SC twice a year at a rate of 0.8 oz (0.06% finished solution) per gallon of water or up to 4 times a year at a rate of 0.4 oz (0.03% finished solution) per gallon of water. If you decide to use it twice a year, you can apply it on a window of 4-6 months. If you decide to use it four times a year, you can apply it every 2 months starting in March/Spring.
As Termidor SC is labeled roaches outside only. We would advise using Demon WP as a residual spray and to look at our How to Get Rid of German Roaches Guide that provides excellent information on how to treat for german roaches and gives instructions on what products to use and how to apply them.
We would need more information as to how your home is constructed to know where you may think you need to drill on your brick of your home. Normally, horizontal drilling through brick is not needed unless you have a hollow block wall leading into a basement that you need to treat on the inside. You would follow the instructions laid out at the link below to our Termite Treatment Guide on how to do a trench around the foundation of your home with Termidor to get the 10 year protection from subterranean termites. Any areas you have concrete against the foundation (i.e., patio, sidewalk, driveway/garage) where you can't trench, you would need to drill a hole every 12 inches across and treat the soil below the concrete. These instructions are also laid out in the guide and product label of Termidor SC which you can find a link to under the Product Documents section on the Termidor SC page.

Termidor SC and Timbor are used for two different purposes. Termidor SC is generally a ground treatment, while Timbor is used to treat wood directly. Mixing two insecticides together could potentially cause a resistance with pests. It would basically be like doubling up on a product, and that is unnecessary. Moreover, Termidor is only labeled for spot application to wood where there are active termite infestations; it cannot be broadcast over the wood and would not be absorbed into it the way Timbor will. It is recommended that you follow the label when using any professional products.
Termidor SC should be applied at a rate of 1/2 gallon per hole drilled every 10-12 inches. It is still applied as 4 gallons over 10 lineal feet like with the trench.
There is no reason for Suspend Polyzone and Termidor SC to be mixed together. Suspend Polyzone will not provide a quick knockdown and is considered a repellent type product. If you are having problems with an insect like ants/roaches outside that you need a transfer effect for, you could use the Termidor twice a year around the foundation of your home 2 feet up and 2 feet out. After 30 to 60 days after spraying the Termidor, you could do remedial sprays with Suspend in between to keep insects at bay and out in areas of the yard where the Termidor can not be used. Or, if you are not having a heavy infestation of an insect that would need the transfer of Termidor, you should only use Suspend Polyzone to treat your home and your lawn. You never want to spray the two in the same area or at the same time as the Suspend will take away from the non-repellancy and transfer effect of the Termidor which is what it is used for. Another option is to use the Termidor SC outside (as it cannot be applied inside) and the Suspend Polyzone inside in cracks and crevices.
