I have a small wooden retaining wall that has currently has termites. None in my house yet) The wall is right beside my house however so to close for comfort. I panicked when I discovered these jokers and sprayed the wall with some Talestar I had on hand. It killed what termites I seen but now I want to treat the wall as well as the perimeter around my house. So what's best plan for me? Drill holes in the wall and foam it then do liquid around my house and wall? What action should I take? Thanks
You can drill the wood to apply Termidor FOAM directly into the areas of activity. The most effective treatment, for preventative or remedial measures, is trenching around the exterior soil, and this will kill any active termites within 90 days. We have a step by step guide that will walk you through how to do your own termite trenching treatment. You can use Navigator SC when doing a termite trench treatment.
