Terro 1% is a borax-based liquid ant bait with a 1% active ingredient. Argentine and other sweet eating ants are very attracted to this formula. It is specifically formulated for large and multi queen-colonies. It comes ready to use in an easy pre filled station. No unpleasant odor and can be used indoor and outdoor. Terro 1% has full strength attractants as Terro PCO - it is not a diluted form of it. This liquid bait allows worker ants to take the bait back to the colonies to slowly spread and kill other ants, including the queen. Label on the bait comes in black and white to be discrete in the field.

Terro-1% can be used indoors where ants are seen, including the edges of sinks, tubs, windowsills, under pallets, storage shelves, food cabinets, or appliances, along floors and baseboards and in corners and other area where ants may forage. Do not skimp on bait placements; the more bait placements the better.
Since invading ants usually have outdoor nesting sites, it often helps to put the product outside, close to where ants are found entering the structure. For example: decks, loading docks, crawl spaces, fences, foundation perimeters, trees and other areas. Ants typically follow defined trails from the nest to food or water. Placing this product close to these trails will improve control.

A wonderful Best Management Practices product!

This product has bailed me out twice when I couln't find the source of the ants. Once, when there were comming in under my front door and again when they attacked my compost bin and its worms. I love it when a non-pesticide product fixes the problem! I would recommend it to anyone with an ant problem when the nest cannot be found.

The ants are coming in from the top. Does this Terro Ant Bait Station have a sticky back to stick on the ceiling for the ants to go in? Thank U, I use many products from you before. Aloha, Irene
