    Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time.  Many of our Canadian customers will have a product shipped to someone in the United States that they happen to know like a friend or family member, and then they forward it onto you in Canada. We do offer FREE shipping within the US. We apologize, but we are unaware of where you can get these products in Canada.

    Can the Tomahawk Excluder One Way Door E40 catch multiple squirrels at one time?

    The Tomahawk Excluder One Way Door E40 is a one-way door only: it does not trap the animal inside it. So this excluder can work for multiple animals as long as it is in place. If you want to trap the animal(s) inside, then you may consider the Tomahawk Excluder One Way Door Easy Release Door for Squirrels & similar sized animals - Model E40D which is a trap with an easy-release door on the other end.  Another option is the SP40 - Squirrel Pack Squirrel Removal System includes (1) model E40 Excluder and (2) model SPT40 Repeating Traps which has the Excluder plus 2 repeating traps (one to keep on the excluder while you are relocating the captured animals).

    Do you have a free shipping to Vancouver, BC, Canada? Does it works with gray squirrels?

    Is it necessary for the one way door on the E40 to have a clip for tension to hold it down or is gravity enough
    I broke the clip on the one I received.

    We are not sure if the trap is still usable after the clip is broken on the E40 Excluder with One Way Door.  We would recommend contacting the manufacturer for troubleshooting and possible replacement parts.  Tomahawk Live Traps can be reached at 1-800-272-8727.

    Can the Tomahawk E40 Excluder with One Way Door for squirrel, rat & similar sized animals be mounted on a ceiling?
    The squirrels are coming in from a hole in the floor under a wall and travelling back and forth

     E40 Excluder with One Way Door for squirrel, rat & similar sized animals must be mounted horizontally to function properly. So no, you cannot mount this vertically to a ceiling.

    Will the Tomahawk Excluder One Way Door fit over the end of 4" PVC pipe?
    (If not, any suggestions on what to use? Squirrels have entered PVC drainpipes attached to gutters after chewing through plastic atrium grates.)

    Tomahawk Excluder One Way Door will fit over a 4" pipe. The dimensions are 10" x 4" x 4" - 1/2" x 1" 16 gauge wire mesh.
