    Can the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost machine adjust to shoot more of a fog than a mist?

    The Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost is a mister, not a fogger.  You can set the setting on the side of the hose to the lowest setting for about a 50-micron level when blowing at full speed.

    Can you use with Talstar in the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger/Mist Blower?
    This tomahawk is called a power mister but I've seen it called a fogger as well. Can you use talstar or Bifen I/t with this? I've read that talstar and bifen are to be used with misters and not foggers.

    Yes, you can use Talstar P or Bifen I/T inside the Tomahawk TMD14 Mist Blower and these engine powered type devices would be the appropriate types of equipment to treat the yard with those insecticides. True foggers that are either ULV/Cold foggers, or Thermal/Propaine powered foggers, would not be items those insecticides could be run through. You can see examples of Fogging Equipment here.

    What is the best nozzle setting on the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost to use with Cyzmic CS & Tekko?
    This would be for exterior perimeter application

    We recommend using the lowest setting of the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost with the blower wide open to move the leaves around on the plants while spraying. Make sure to coat the shrubs as much as possible concentrating on the undersides of the leaves. You can use 0.8 oz of Cyzmic and an ounce of Tekko per gallon of water for moquitoes and most other pests.

    Can I store the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost in my truck sideways?
    Does this machine have to stay upright? Can I store it in my truck sideways, between jobs?

    Per the manufacturer, you are able to store the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost on its side but would need to flush out all gas on the tank. If it is stored on its side for long periods of time with fuel in the tank or running through the fuel lines it could damage the carburetor

    Can Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost spray oil based pesticides?

    We recommend using water based products because of the gas engine on the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost, some people do use oil based products as long as they are not too thick and the flammability rating is not high and are only mixed with water.

    Can Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost be used with powdered sulfur?
    If not, what can be used to for this type of application?
    A

    The Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost cannot be used with dust products such as a powder sulfur. The Cardinal CMD65 has a duster kit with it and would be a better choice for those needs.

    Does the Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost have a granule spreader/blower attachment?

    The Tomahawk Power Mist Blower TMD14 with Turbo Boost is a sprayer, mist and leaf blower. To avoid damage to the unit while using as a leaf blower, the manufacturer states to add 1 cup of water in the tank and turn the liquid flow valve to the off position to keep the water in the tank.  This will avoid damaging the turbo booster.  We do offer spreaders for granular products including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, grass seed, etc. This model is great for ice melt products.

    I want to spray for lace bugs on avocado trees which are on the underside of leaves.

    Yes, you can use the Tomahawk Mist Blower TMD14 or just about any other similar product for spraying your trees and other crops or ornamentals. Of course, just be sure that the product you are using is labeled for application in a mister blower.

    No, Tomahawk Power Backpack Fogger TMD14 with Turbo Boost is only labeled for liquids and dust.  The Preen granules would be too big to disperse.
