    Drop Trap remote

    By Jill on 12/22/2023

So far first time trying it and the slight delay and noise before the trap goes down caused me to lose the hard to catch cat I’ve been trying for so long to get. If anyone has a secret to getting the remote to drop the trap instantly I’d like to know, otherwise this is a waste of money.

Q
Range of Tomahawk Remote Control Drop Trap Trigger

What is the range for the remote control? How far away can you be for it to work?

A

Per the manufacturer:   The Tomahawk Remote Control Drop Trap Trigger with Prop and Attachment Bracket (DTRC100) should work for about 200 feet. The 4-AA batteries will only last a couple of hours before they run low and need to be replaced. We recommend using new AA batteries before any trapping event.
