    Q
Can you mix a termiticide with Trimec 992 herbicide?
    A

The termiticides we carry are not labeled for use out in the yard for termites so it would not be recommended to mix with Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide.  For termites they would be applied in a trench around the home for the best prevention.  We have a great guide here that can explain the proper prevention needed.

  • Asked by Devon from Grants Pass, Or

    Q
Will Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide also kill Crane Fly?
    A

Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide is a great broadleaf weed control but will not offer insect control. We recommend that you treat with Bifen IT. In most cases, it is not necessary to use an insecticide for crane fly larvae control. If damage is severe we would recommend using 1 fl oz of Bifen IT per gallon of water to cover each 1,000 sq ft for the initial treatment and then .5 fl oz per gallon of water for follow up treatments.
