Trimec 992 is a great product for weed elimination! I have used this for several years and DoMyOwn pricing is far better than local stores.

I am trying to eradicate a large amount of Creeping Charlie (admittedly a difficult weed to control) from my .75 acre lawn. As was suggested, I applied Trimec 992 in the fall at the time of the first frost. Before applying, I loaded 10 gallons of water into my sprayer and observed how much of the lawn could be covered before i ran out. Using the observed discharge rate I mixed up batch that would apply 4 pints per acre. A month later there was no evident distress shown by the Creeping Charlie. I might see results next spring. We'll see.

I ordered from domyownpestcontrol.com The product arrived on time but not in great shape. The seal inside the lid was torn and there some of the product has spilled into the box. I have used other products from Trimec but not this one. I intend to use it this fall so I can't report on the effectiveness of the product.

It is a great product to kill the broadleaf weeds! I've been using Trimec 992 for 5 years trying to keep the weeds out of my yard.

I was at a loss as to how to kill all of my weeds. The previous owners neglected the yard so it was infested with weeds. I used "hardware" store products which barely affected them. A friend told me about this product and out of desperation I tried it. After a few applications and about a month later my yard is practically weed-free. It's also cost effective. I'll never use anything else.

I needed a less severe weed kill for Florida Snow. I was using Glyphosel 41 which is awesome too but it kills everything down to the dirt. Trimec works work wonderfully. It kills all of my problem weeds without destroying my grass too. This is the perfect weed kill for bahia grass. It killed Florida Snow, Dollar Weed and Clover. I use Bifen IT for ants and spiders. Both weed kills and insect kill shown above are part of my arsenal of weapons to keep my 3 acres looking picturesque and insect free. All 3 are amazing and I highly recommend. .

This product work great on my lawn & paving stone sidewalk & patio. The weather has a great inpact on how effective it is. Dry or rains or in between both?? Just work around & with the weather. I find best result is first thing in the mornings with a light waterings late in the evenings. This works great on my lawn, why not on my paving stones, I tried everything on the market for the paving stones. This is the answer for them & less work. I use a hose attachment sprayer, setting on #10 setting on the sprayer because I'm beside a park. You can use a lesser settings in a non agressive area like I'm in..

Great knockdown when combined with a surfactant. Can't beat the price when spraying larger acreage.

If your new to this site, Do My Own, are great folks with very good service, delivery's, packaging and guidance. Regarding TriMec 992, we have a farm in NC and use it as an acreage spray and within the label. It has a higher percentage of 24D, and with strict adherence to the label, it will eradicate the most aggressive broadleafs. Keep all animals penned up until completely dry. It is a good practice to apply within 12 hours of rain. A portion of our farm is dedicated Organics, yet, best practices in farming include utilizing such herbicide products always within, and as labeled, and with this product, or any potent e herbicide regardless of generation, if you are spraying, wear a chemical respirator, goggles and gloves and wash out equipment not near any bodies of water or runoff swails.

For just a few dollars more than standard 2,4-d this Trimec 992 worked considerably better on my main targets like wild onion and clover. Overall just more effective without any harm to the bermuda. Will definitely be using this in the future.

Quite potent. I used pints per acre and while it killed the weeds it burned parts of my fescue yard. I am a bit perplexed as to why. The areas where it burned were where my tractor tires would travel ie I have narrow burned strips roadways in my yard. The grass is recovering slowly. I will cut back to 1.1 oz per 1000 sq ft next time and test a smaller area.

This stuff is THE best!! Tried Millenium. Tried Millenium Ultra and Ultra 2. You spray this once and done! Clover? Dead! 1st app! KILLS EVERTHING, first app!! Buy the best, forget the rest! Been in golf business 30 yrs. Some may be cheaper, but don't waste your time!!

Used trimec in the past. Good results even spraying late in the season. Sprayed last week of October. Started seeing results within 5 days even with cool temperatures. Best price I've found cheaper than Amazon and free shipping also.

I was looking for a product that was capable of killing common mallow on my 2 acre lawn. Trimec took care of everything from the mallow to dandelions and wild grass and did it with hurting any of the regular grass in my lawn. Great stuff.
