Prevent and control common leaf diseases in your lawn with Heritage SC liquid fungicide.

Heritage SC offers control of over 25 turf and ornamental diseases, including Anthracnose, Brown Patch, Fairy Ring, Leaf Spot, and Powdery Mildew.

It can be used on residential or commercial lawns, athletic fields, and golf courses.

Heritage SC is a systemic fungicide using the active ingredient azoxystrobin, which is absorbed through the leaves, stems, and roots of the plant upon application.

Once it has been absorbed, the active ingredient continues to spread throughout the plant to the leaf tips, providing full protection from top to bottom. This systemic coverage gives up to 28 days of protection to treated plants, depending on disease pressure present.

Heritage SC is most effective when it is applied preventatively before diseases develop, or at the first sign of disease.

To prepare your application of Heritage for use, dilute the proper amount of product with half the required amount of water in a portable tank sprayer. Seal the top of the tank and agitate the sprayer to mix the solution. Carefully remove the lid and add the remaining water, re-sealing the tank, and building pressure in the sprayer to begin your application.

Heritage SC is applied at a rate of 0.4 to 0.8 ounces diluted in 2 to 4 gallons of water per 1000 square feet of turf when treating for most lawn and turf diseases. Always check the label to mix this product at the correct rate for the disease you're treating.

Start with the lower rate of 0.4 ounces per 1000 square feet whenever conditions are ideal for fungal disease development.

Increase your application rate to 0.8 ounces per 1000 square feet when there is high disease pressure.

When treating for brown patch, necrotic ring spot, large patch, pythium root rot and dysfunction, and take-all patch, apply Heritage at the higher 0.8 ounce per 1000 square feet rate for all applications.

When treating gray or pink snow mold, apply at a rate of 1.4 ounces per 1000 square feet.

Check the label before applying Heritage SC to confirm the correct application rate for fungicide tolerant ornamentals that may be affected.

When applying Heritage SC or any other liquid fungicide, be sure to wear protective clothing and equipment, including chemical resistant gloves, long sleeves, closed-toe shoes, and pants.

Keep pets and children away from the treated area until after the area has dried completely – about 4 to 5 hours in most sunny conditions.

Heritage SC can be reapplied every 10 to 28 days but should NOT be used more than twice in a row when treating pythium or gray leaf spot, or more than three times in a row when treating other diseases.

Heritage is a Group 11 fungicide and should be rotated with a NON-Group 11 fungicide to avoid resistance build-up.

Always read the label on the Heritage SC bottle before any use to confirm the correct application rates, instructions, and application intervals.
