Susan from Encinitas, Ca writes

What is the difference between FINAL and FASTRAC?

Is there a difference in the length of time until rodent death after ingestion? I believe FASTRAC is 12-48 hrs.. We are baiting 5 acres of common area landscape in a community. Thanks

Answer:

Fastrac contains the active ingredient Bromethalin .01% and Final contains Brodifacoum .005%. Fastrac does have a faster kill than Final. Fastrac kills within 12-48 hours and Final kills with 3-7 days of ingestion of a lethal dose.
