Where does the rat go after consuming the bait in the T1 Rat Pre-Baited Disposable Bait Station?

I don't want the rat to go back inside the wall and die there.

It is possible the rat could go back inside as it would not be trapped in the station. There is not a specific place it will go after consuming and exiting the T1 Rat Pre-Baited Disposable Bait Station.
