No, Hi-Yield Grass Killer Post-Emergent Herbicide will not get rid of bermuda grass in a centipede lawn.  Unfortunately, centipede and bermuda grasses are so closely related that any product that would kill the bermuda would also kill the centipede.  In this type of situation, we usually recommend using a glyphosate product such as Roundup Quik Pro to spot treat the bermuda grass as much as possible, and then replanting the centipede in a couple of weeks when the bermuda is gone.
