Roundup QuickPRO is not labeled for cactus. It may however take care of them. We would recommend a product like Remedy Ultra Herbicide or Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide. Each of these takes care of hardier plants and brush where Roundup is more for broadleaf weeds.
