Solitare Herbicide is safe for pets after the product has dried, typically 4-6 hours after. Keep pets and children out the area to be treated during the application. Please follow the label instructions for details on your treatment.  The small amount of active left behind would not be enough to harm a pet if they eat treated grass, we would be more concerned with them eating the grass itself.
