Will Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide kill a poison sumac tree if I paint the stump?

I realize other products might work better, but I have a lot of tordon, so am wondering if this works on poison sumac.

Answer:

Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide is not labeled for poison sumac or poison ivy which is closely related. If you have it on hand you can try, and hatch at the vines first for better results. Otherwise, we would recommend Bonide Poison Ivy and Brush Killer BK-32 Concentrate
