While Advion WDG Insecticide is a great option to use for the residual insecticide as part of a roach treatment program however would not be recommend it as a stand alone product as active roach infestations require a combination treatment of residual insecticide, roach bait and insect growth regulator.
Roaches require repeat applications every 14 days with the residual insecticide and roach bait placements. If after 90 days you are still consistenty treating, rotating the roach bait gel can help to prevent any resistance or avoidance. If chosing to rotate the residual insecticide, either Alpine WSG or Temprid FX would be great alternatives. You do not need to rotate with every retreatment, 90 day rotations are fine.
