DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Apply only as directed during the growing season. Apply only to actively growing turf.

Applications to Cool and Warm Season Turfgrass (Fescue, Bentgrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Zoysia, Bermuda Grass, Centipede, St. Augustine). For Use on All Turf Types.

Application Rates:

Apply this product at 4.7 lbs (2.1 kg) per 1,000 sq. ft. Applications may be repeated every 6-8 weeks, while not exceeding the maximum annual nitrogen rates for grass species or maximum seasonal rates for nitrogen as defined by state guidelines for established turfgrass lawns.

FLORIDA: ANUGREEN MAY BE APPLIED UP TO 4 TIMES IN A GROWING SEASON. This product may be applied once in the summer, spring, fall, and winter (4 annual applications).

SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS: NORTHERN FLORIDA: Do not apply to Centipede grass more than once per year, do not apply in the winter. Refer to specific state fertilizer rate limits or blackout periods for applications being made in the following states: Florida, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin. Following each application, irrigate with sufficient water - 1/2 inch - to disperse fertilizer particles into the root zone. A second irrigation cycle is recommended before mowing. Mow and leave grass clippings on the lawn as this recycles additional nutrients into the soil.

Do not apply near water, storm drains or drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rain is expected or if ground is frozen. NOTICE: Apply product only to your lawn, any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk, or street should be swept or blown back onto the lawn. Do not wash off with water. Check with your local Cooperative Extension Agent to obtain specific information on local turf best management practices.

These settings were calibrated and field tested. However, age and condition of spreader, speed of operation and evenness of terrain may require slightly different settings for desired coverage.

2. Keep lawn high - Mowing your lawn high results in a deeper root system, lusher grass and more efficient use of water. Leaving your grass clippings provides another source of organic material to the lawn.
3. Rely on rain - Rain usually provides enough water to keep your grass growing. Only water when your grass begins to wilt or turn dull green.
4. Ready for immediate use - Your lawn is ready to enjoy immediately after product application.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:

This product is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Protect the environment by not allowing product to enter or run off into storm drain, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Apply in calm weather when rain is not forecast for 24 hours to help ensure wind or rain does not blow or wash product off treatment area. Help prevent run off to water bodies or drainage systems by sweeping any product left on driveway, sidewalk or street back onto treated area of lawn.
