Aria Insecticide features a water dispersible formula that contains flonicamid as its active ingredient. This insecticide targets aphids - which are one of the most destructive pests in greenhouses that will attack almost every type of ornamental plants. Aphids are one of the toughest pests to control with increased resistance. This is where Aria comes in. It features a unique mode of action. By contact and ingestion, Aria stops both immature and adult aphids from feeding within one hour and within 3 to 5 days they will be eliminated because of starvation and dehydration. There is no known cross-resistance with other insecticides. Aria is perfect as a rotation option. Even though Aria is tough on insects, it is very gentle on most plant species and ornamentals. It will have minimized impact on honeybees, birds and beneficials. Flonicamid will even remain effective in high temperatures.
