I have thinking about buying a B&G 1gal w/18" wand for 2yrs now. Finally pulled the trigger and bought it. I got the one with the 4way tip and this is engineered with quality. If you are contemplating buying one, don't do like me and wait. If you spend $60-$70 to have your house sprayed professionally? Just use this 4X and you have paid for it. Now you can spray the inside and outside of your home for less than a dollar. $.41 to be exact. 3/4gal cost $39 divided by 96oz. I'm an aircraft mechanic by trade. But I owned and operated my own tractor-trailer for 30yrs and now retired. This a high quality tool! Good luck!
Do sprayers like the B&G Pro spray a lot finer than the less expensive ones?
I am concerned about the spray excess inside my house with the Chapin sprayer that I bought. I am just starting to do my own pest control and wonder if the more expensive sprayers like the (B&G) are worth the money. I know they last a long time and are rebuildable but I am more interested in the control of spray at tip. Thanks for any help.
B&G Sprayers are the highest quality sprayers on the market today and are made to last 30-40 years with everyday use while the Chapin Premier sprayers typically last for around 5 years. Most B&G sprayers also feature a positive tip shut-off for no Drip and a 4 way tip capable of a fine mist, a fine pin stream, a pin stream, and a fan spray, so you get better performance as well vs the adjustable nozzles that come on most Chapin sprayers.
What is the difference between this sprayer and the model B&G 1 Gallon Sprayer + 18-inch wand - N124-S-18?

Can a B&G 1 gallon 18 in. sprayer be used for weed control products, assuming it is thoroughly cleaned between products?
I would like to be able to use one sprayer for both pest control and weed control products. I dont see anywhere it specifically states it can be used for both. Thanks.
Technically, yes, you can use a sprayer like the B&G Sprayer 1 Gallon 18 in. Wand & Extenda-Ban Valve (N124-CC-18) can be used to make both herbicide and pesticide applications. If you plan to use it for both insecticide and herbicide applications, make sure that it’s rinsed thoroughly after each use. It is strongly recommended by both our company and herbicide/insecticide manufacturers to use a different sprayer for herbicides as well as another one for insecticides.
