We have a sugar ant problem where I live. It's our own fault and something I deal with every year. We have almost 2,000 square feet of nectar producing flowering plants in our backyard and of course we are in our area the prime source for those little ants to come invading our property. Those ants also farm aphids and aphids are bad for most of our nectare flower plants. I put this down about 3 times a year. Spring, summer, and early fall on our yard and it does a very good job at keeping them little pests away, dead, and out of my house. I'd use it in our gardens if I could, but unfortunately it's not rated for that and I use something else. However, after applying this the ants "vanish" overnight. Little mound colonies "dry up" with ants and disappear. Dead, relocated, not sure, but I know they're just gone and that's good enough for me. A side benefit of using Bifen L/P is that it gets rid of quite a few other creepy crawlies that want to invade my house. Once you get your rate set correctly for your spreader you just throw it down, and then water it in. I don't rely on rain because I don't want a 3" washout so it's easier for me to control using a sprinkler and in a couple hours my whole property of 2,000 square feet is treated. Good stuff! Product arrived a lot quicker than I thought it would. Due to the lack of rain I have not been able to use as of yet but previously it did help with the Spring Tail and Elm Seed insects,

Without the Bifen which we use regularly on and around new ant hills, we would be overrun with fire ants. This product WORKS!!!!! I learned to leave the ant hills undisturbed, sprinkle on and around the hill. Later the hill can be leveled once the colony is dead.

Product was shipped and delivered within two days. Packaging was great. Product was as expected. I applied per label directions and seems to have performed well. My main problem was millipedes. So I set up a barrier 3' out from our house and watered the area down to allow the product to soak into the ground. I have not had a millipede in the house since I treated.

Great insecticide. I use this periodically along with the Bifen XTS liquid around the exterior of my house and I don't see any insects around at all, not even any spider webs! Works better than the Terminix Service that I had been using for years.

I started using Bifen L/P insecticide Granules about 3-4 years ago, which was as inexpensive on-line as it was locally. This is the ONLY fire-ant product I was able to purchase that was effective by broadcasting, or individual hill application. I can safely say that I use it anytime I find an ant hill, ( our property is the only one that has any applied (in this neighborhood )and we are very satisfied with it.

this product was used by and recommended by a professional exterminator who are the only ones that can use it in NY. it when sprinkled very sparingly on an infestation of small ants outside under some wood or junk you go back the next day and don't see one

I used this same product last year and it helped drastically reduce fire ants in my lawn. I think it would work even better if all of the neighboring properties used it also.

This will totally destroy fire ants. It kills all types of insects. You won't have any more mole problems as it kills their food source bye bye grub worms.

I was suggested by a friend in Miami, he is in the pest control business, to try Bifen, also he gave your company name. I like the product but, is to early to tell, I see fewer ant colony, but the old ones are gone. And, you as a company I have no doubt to recommend, to any buyer. :)

My cousin introduced me to this product last summer to treat ants. I can't find it in the Dallas area stores. I was excited when I found it on Do My Own's website and it can be shipped to me. I had purchased this product before and it worked well. This time it did not work in controlling/killing off ticks. I bought both the granules and the liquid. It has not worked with either. Plus my bag cannot be sealed due to the seal strip not being attached to the inner bag. So it will be hard to store without it spilling if tilted.

Couldn't walk in the back yard with out being attacked by fleas. Our dog was miserable. Put this down after cutting the grass and spraying the France lines down. We have neighbors who are naturalist and don't use pesticides or weed killers. They have several cats and dogs. They even had goats at one time before someone called animal control. 2days after applying we were able to watch movies on the projector n my back yard. The kids were rolling around in the grass playing like they were in a new park. We have never used the backyard because of the pests. I don't know how long this will keep killing but I was so happy to enjoy the space that if the bugs come back tomorrow I would still be satisfied.
