This is an oil based formula and it works greats. I spray this outside of my house to keep those brown spiders or any other bugs that seem to come out during the summertime. Will not disappoint.

I have been use spectracide for the chinh big in my yard for many years until I found this company online and buy theirs products it is working great after spray the product around 24 hours and go check on my yard there is no more chinh bugs, and the other product I used before it's not working this way sometime it's killing my grass too. I am so happy to find Do It Yourself

Over the last year since I canceled my exterminator contract I saved a lot of money but also, probably went over board a little on buying from Do My Own. No regrets however. Just wanted to say that this product solved my problem as good as Suspend, Taurus, Bifen IT , dusts, and Hygrade. Said I over did it. No more ants and bugs so I guess it's working and because of the price, this is my go to solution for spraying every 3 months. If you are only buying one product for outdoors, get this.

So far, so good. Poured the XTS in a hose end sprayer and was done in no time. It has been a couple of weeks with no sign of fire ants. Before use they were popping up every two to three days somewhere. Used other products and the ants would move from one spot to another. Not now! Neighbor was so impressed he had me order him some. He did pay for it. Great product and I highly recommend.

Bifen XTS is one of the best pest control products I have ever used. I would recommend it to anyone. When used correctly, it is very safe and effective.

Works VERY well. Just make sure to read directions. It don't take much per gallon!!! Very effective and has a broad insect application. SouthEast Texas.

Kills the mound on the first treatment. Have 2 acres and have used successfully on over 50 mounds. Have tried many products but this works. Over and out. Dallas, Texas.

Fast shopping and this stuff seems to be doing some heavy duty work on the bugs around the house because all that I see are the dead ones and they don't even make it to the glue traps anymore like that stuff that I use to get from Wally World.

First time ordering. The website was easy to use and my order came in on time. I had no issues with anything. Bifen I been using for 2 years now to control Fire Ants in my yard (2 acres) its does a excellent job last about 3 months.

Shipped quickly and sealed in a plastic bag. Can be diluted as much or little as you want. We used the double strength and wow it worked! It does smell strong but not for long.

I have approximately 170 white pine trees and had a problem with bagworms. I ordered Bifen XTS on Thursday the day before Good Friday. My order confirmation said that I would receive my shipment the following Friday but I received it on Monday and sprayed my trees on Tuesday with great results

Sprayed lawn and the edge of the woods and the mosquitoes were under control the next day. Amazing considering we live back in a swampy woods. It's lasted 2 weeks so far, and what a reprieve.

Deadly on fire ants. Spray mound in Ctr. for 5 seconds. Also great for all kinds of bugs on EXTERIOR of home.

Product works as described. Killed all the ticks in a wooded area on my property that was infested with deer ticks. I use Bifen XTS on my shrubs and newly infected areas in my lawn. Being that it is oil based it seems to last longer than most products used to kill or deter armyworms. I use Bifen L/P, a granular product to help deter the moths from laying their eggs in Zoysia grass. By using the two products I am able to battle the little buggers and win the war.

I am very happy with the results of Bifen XTS. I live on a two acre wooded lot and this product was very effective killing everything that creeps, crawls and slithers. Yes, at a high rate it will Annihilate unwanted slithering things. I soaked everything, grass, flower beds, house, trees and bushes with no harm to either. If you have pets make sure product is completely dry before allowing pets into applied area and do not spray over water, food bowls or standing water where animals may be able to drink from. Order placement was easy and I received the product quickly. I will purchase this product again from DoMyOwn.

Found a few pine trees with reddish brown sap on the bark and a distinct pitch tube which are the characteristics of the turpentine beetle attack. Use this product about three weeks ago and no new borings have appeared. After spraying the trees noticed a strong odor petroleum like in nature. Attribute this to be the long lasting nature of the Bifen on the tree bark. Odor dissipates after a few hours.
