This stuff is great for pest control. We use for exterior treatment and have used in low concentration (per label) to treat our lawn for insects once a summer. it really knocks down all the chiggers and mosquitos. I'm giving 3 stars because they have a new container design that is much worse. The old design (the one pictured) works great. You can uncap the measuring side, squeeze to get the right amount, then dump in. I can't figure out how measuring with the new container works. Squeezing does nothing and pouring just starts dumping the entire container contents. I ended up spilling a fair amount on the ground. Fortunately, I kept my previous container poured what remained into that.

This is my first time using Bifen and so far I am pleased with the results. Used for termite prevention as well as keeping bugs and spiders away from our home and outbuildings. Sprayed a little on ant piles and it worked excellent. Did not seem to bother my chickens but was careful to not spray where they were immediately at. Will do a follow up spray around our home in a few weeks. Rain did not appear to effect it but made sure to allow ample time to dry prior to it raining.

I've used this stuff in Arizona, New Jersey, Wisconsin, and Georgia and it has never failed to deliver. If you do your own pest control, invest in this product and you will not be disappointed.

Worked just as it's suppose to The measuring part on top of the bottle really makes mixing simple, I only opened the measuring side of bottle and squeeze bottle to desired amount and pour into sprayer, simple.. I put half gallon in sprayer and added Bifen then finished filling sprayer to gallon, seems to mix better that way. Be sure and wear mask and gloves, very strong stuff. kills most everything Great product!!

I live in the swamp lands in Michigan. Mosquitoes are vicious. I was buying wisdom from tractor supply with good luck. 35 dollars a bottle which only made one tank (25 gallons). Water based also which rain washed it away. One bottle of xts makes 4 tanks. Or 3 if it's heavy infestation and lasts 2 weeks rain or shine. I spray 4 acres and all my neighbors have noticed and want me to spray theres too.

I live in the low spots of eaton county michigan (swamps) so mosquitoes and bugs are a constant problem you will never eliminate them all but you can see a huge difference. I been using it for two years.

I used this to kill chinch bugs on my St. Augustine lawn. I applied it to both back and front yards. My backyard seems to have had the bugs eliminated. My front yard, though, still shows signs of them, so today I applied a second application. I pray they will be gone soon ! Chinch bugs are very destructive. I plain on using Bifen XTS from now on ! Seems to be doing the job.. quality for sure will last a long time. My only issue is the product was damaged during the shipping process. I received a leaking container. I'm thinking this was a postal service issue.

Here in central Florida we have very large Lubber Grasshoppers , they will eat tender plant leaves , this grasshopper is 3 to 4 in. I mixed to direction and sprayed , it works quickly and long term , even after rains , I recommend .

After researching a variety of products, decided to use BifenXTS. We were experiencing problems with a variety of insects getting into the house. One application solved the issues.

This is my second bottle of this product. Works really well. It keeps working until you have a few rains. (not a fault of the product). I find I have to reapply every 3 or 4 weeks during sod webworm season here in Florida - but that's normal. It's an ongoing battle but this product will wipe out all of the moths that developed and will kill the worms until the rain washes it away. Very cost effective.

We live in SOUTH Florida near the swamp; needless to say we fight bugs year round. We spray Biden XTS on our house and outbuildings (from top of walls to to bottom, around windows and doors) on the outside only and 10' to 20' out including patio floors and grassed areas once every three to four months. Zero live bugs in the house, rarely see dead ones. They don't live long enough to get in the house

My lawn was infested with moths. The lawn Was a real mess, when walking through the yard they would fly everywhere. I made one spray with this product, came back 30 minuets later and they were all dead. My lawn is now filling in quickly. Thanks Darryl
