A family member who did considerable research in the past recommended bifen xts to me for a carpenter ant problem I was having. I used a small amount initially, about 150mL of the product on a small yard using a hose end sprayer. I focused on the building perimeter but got a uniform coverage on the rest of the yard. Amazing results! Ants are gone and most of the other pests are gone as well. Even the mosquitos seem to be on vacation. Wonderful Product

Had a real problem wth with tiny ants, was paying a professional to spray my yard...the ants remained! I purchased the Bifen XTS and sprayed the yard myself and haven't seen any ants in three months...great stuff!

I have been using BifenXTS for a couple of years now to con=mbat the yearly infestation of Spotted LanternFly in my are which is Southeast Pennsylvania. I spray it on the trunks of all my trees and the abilty of this pest to climb the tree truck is 100% thwarted. It's amazing to see a LaternFly land on the truck and immediately jump off and later die. Bifen also prevents other pests including those on my Crab Apple Tree and Spruce Trees. Mosquito population has also been reduced at my home. I highly recommend this product. It's the same stuff used by my previous pest control pro and I save quite a bit doing it myself.

Product arrived quickly. Works great! I just treated my balcony for spiders, gnats, and mosquitoes. Within 5 minutes 12 spiders crawled out of their hidey holes. I continued to soak them down for no movement. I can't wait to treat seasonal! I would recommend this to anyone who has a problem with any pest.

I was hesitant about doing my own fire ant control on the 2 acres surrounding my house. Then the guy who had been doing the spraying retired and I got motivated! He recommended DoMyOwn and Bifen XTS. An adviser at DoMyOwn helped me determine the mixture I needed using my boom sprayer. Then I placed my order. Great service, good price, fast delivery and now - no fire ants!

Easy to use easy to mix and spray. Avoid the high cost of pest control. Companies out there charging high monthly fees almost never cure the problem. Do it yourself for a fraction of the cost and actually solve problems with ants, army worms, spiders and a whole host of household pests. This really is an amazing product.

After not being able to enjoy our backyard last year due to mosquitoes, I was ready to hire a company (i.e. Mosquito Joe) but we have bee loving flowers that I didn't want to get sprayed. By using the Bifen XTS myself, I was able to cover all my flowers first and carefully spray only the green foliage/grassy areas on a calm morning and feel sure that no blooms were touched. I was afraid the company would just blast the chemicals everywhere including the blooms. We have not had a single mosquito bite this year. I shouldn't have to apply it again until late July/early August (6-8 weeks), which should take us through the rest of the outdoor season. Since I only used 2/3 ounce (for 2 gallons), the bottle should last for years!

This is my first time using Bifen and so far I am pleased with the results. Used for termite prevention as well as keeping bugs and spiders away from our home and outbuildings. Sprayed a little on ant piles and it worked excellent. Did not seem to bother my chickens but was careful to not spray where they were immediately at. Will do a follow up spray around our home in a few weeks. Rain did not appear to effect it but made sure to allow ample time to dry prior to it raining.

Generously spray the mound with the 0.67 oz to gallon ratio and they fire ant activity dwindles down within the hour. I’ve been spraying the mound a second time several hours later just for good measure. Also misted the back yard grass with it and I believe the mosquitoes have been greatly decreased also. Good stuff

This stuff works very well because we have almost no bugs (except flies) on our 2-acre property. No crickets, no roaches, very few ants, no mosquitos, nothing. Can't get rid of the flies because our neighbors have horses and cows but if I spray the trees and bushes, it really keeps the fly population under control. Bifen XTS does have a chemical order during application, but the smell dissipates as soon as it dries.

I use bifen xts once a year. It kills fleas ticks and keeps the fire ants at bay. Fire ants usually show up after a good rain. This keeps them from appearing. I have dogs, and have never found a flea or tick on them.

I've used this stuff in Arizona, New Jersey, Wisconsin, and Georgia and it has never failed to deliver. If you do your own pest control, invest in this product and you will not be disappointed.

Worked just as it's suppose to The measuring part on top of the bottle really makes mixing simple, I only opened the measuring side of bottle and squeeze bottle to desired amount and pour into sprayer, simple.. I put half gallon in sprayer and added Bifen then finished filling sprayer to gallon, seems to mix better that way. Be sure and wear mask and gloves, very strong stuff. kills most everything Great product!!

I live in the swamp lands in Michigan. Mosquitoes are vicious. I was buying wisdom from tractor supply with good luck. 35 dollars a bottle which only made one tank (25 gallons). Water based also which rain washed it away. One bottle of xts makes 4 tanks. Or 3 if it's heavy infestation and lasts 2 weeks rain or shine. I spray 4 acres and all my neighbors have noticed and want me to spray theres too.

I live in the low spots of eaton county michigan (swamps) so mosquitoes and bugs are a constant problem you will never eliminate them all but you can see a huge difference. I been using it for two years.

I used this to kill chinch bugs on my St. Augustine lawn. I applied it to both back and front yards. My backyard seems to have had the bugs eliminated. My front yard, though, still shows signs of them, so today I applied a second application. I pray they will be gone soon ! Chinch bugs are very destructive. I plain on using Bifen XTS from now on ! Seems to be doing the job.. quality for sure will last a long time. My only issue is the product was damaged during the shipping process. I received a leaking container. I'm thinking this was a postal service issue.

Here in central Florida we have very large Lubber Grasshoppers , they will eat tender plant leaves , this grasshopper is 3 to 4 in. I mixed to direction and sprayed , it works quickly and long term , even after rains , I recommend .

After researching a variety of products, decided to use BifenXTS. We were experiencing problems with a variety of insects getting into the house. One application solved the issues.
