I have dallisgrass that is growing, and would like to control it. Just wondering if I could spray a post emergent at the same time as a pre emergent, Celsius and Dimension, during the spring and fall.
Yes, you can mix a pre-emergent like Dimension 2EW with Celsius WG Herbicide if the timing is correct. We would recommend to do a tank mix test first to ensure the chemicals are compatible while in mixture.To treat for dallisgrass using Celsius you need to use in combination with REVOLVER Herbicide which is not for use by homeowners. Unfortunately, there are not any selective post-emergent herbicides for use on dallisgrass in residential lawns. We recommend spot treating with a non-selective herbicide such as RoundUp QuikPro and then overseed any bare spots as needed.
