wrong sprayer

I don't believe the description was adequate. I needed it for the new Mixes on Exit sprayer tank and I received what I believe to be a lid for a backpack sprayer. At $15.00 I'm not going through trying to return it.

Does the basket come with the seal on it as in the picture

My seal/ gasket has warped and I need to replace that piece. Is that sold individually somewhere?
