Arrived missing a part

I received my hose-end sprayer yesterday and after spraying several thousand sq ft, I noticed the consumed herbicide was not measuring up. After some troubleshooting, I realized the dial was not sitting down against the O-ring as it should. I removed the brass nut that holds the dial down and found a washer that fit perfectly to fill the space. After that, it works great. I can see in the stock photos that there is supposed to be a washer there, so it was definitely missing a part. For that, I'm taking off 1 star. Always keep your spare hardware from other projects, you never know when they'll come in handy.
