Cyanarox Insecticidal Bait must be used in accordance with the directions for use on this label, in separately issued labeling or exemptions under FIFRA (Supplemental Labels, Special Local Need Registrations, FIFRA Section 18 exemptions, FIFRA 2(ee) Bulletins), or as otherwise permitted by FIFRA. Always read the entire label, including the Limitation of Warranty and Liability.

Cyanarox Insecticidal Bait may be used indoors at the sites listed above if placed in bait stations designed for granular baits with the exception of walkways within caged layer houses where Cyanarox Insecticidal Bait may be applied as broadcast scatter bait. Refer to Use in Bait Stations section for specific use instructions.
USE RESTRICTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND USE RATES
Broadcast: Broadcast or scatter Cyanarox Insecticidal Bait using suitable granular spreader equipment or directly from the container evenly to the target areas. Avoid placing the fly bait granules in piles and scatter bait as evenly as possible over surfaces.
Apply 0.2 lb (3.2 oz) of Cyanarox Insecticidal Bait per 1,000 sq ft when fly populations are low. Apply 0.4 lb (6.4 oz) of bait per 1,000 sq ft when populations are high. Re-apply bait every 7 days until the fly population is at acceptable levels. For outdoor broadcast applications, DO NOT apply more than 2 lb/1,000 sq ft per calendar year.
Use in Bait Stations: Use bait stations that are designed to hold granular baits.
Apply 0.2 lb (3.2 oz) of Cyanarox Insecticidal Bait when fly populations are low using enough bait stations to make the necessary amount of fly bait available per 1,000 sq ft. Apply 0.4 lb (6.4 oz) of bait in bait stations per 1,000 sq ft when populations are high. Replenish bait stations until the fly population is at acceptable levels in the target area.
