Most insecticides can be applied at the same time as nematodes. However, we would suggest waiting 2 weeks after your application of Cyonara 9.7 to use nematodes for safe measure.
Cyonara 9.7 is not specifically labeled for rose midges. Most products are labeled for midges in general like this product. The Bonide Systemic Insect Control however is labeled to control rose midges specifically.
While Cyonara 9.7 is not a repelling agent, it will eliminate Asian beetles that come in contact with a treated surface for an adequate amount of time. It is important when making the application that window frames, door frames, soffits, eaves, places where cables, pipes and wires enter the structure and any other crack, crevice or gap that insects can use to gain entry into the structure that are all sprayed with the Cyonara 9.7. Special attention should be paid to southern and western facing walls, as the insects will spend much of their time there soaking up the sun. Treatments should begin in August and continue through November to stop these invasive pests from making their way indoors.
Cyonara 9.7 should NOT be applied to edible vegetation that will be harvested for consumption. We do carry products that can be applied to edible vegetation. Please click the link below for those options. If you need help selecting a product that fits your needs, please give us a call 866.581.7378 M-F 9-5 PM EST.
Cyonara 9.7 will treat for fleas, although we would recommend a different product that also contains an Insect Growth Regulator for indoor treatment. You can use Cyonara 9.7 indoors in cracks and crevices and outdoors. Since you cannot broadcast it over floors, you also want to incorporate a product that can be. You could appy Alpine flea as broadcast. Please see our Flea Treatment Guide for more information about treating for fleas.
Cyonara 9.7 could be used for outdoor flea control, although it is not labeled for broadcasting indoors or for indoor flea control. Our Indoor Flea Kit would be the best choice for treating fleas inside. Please see our Flea Treatment Guide for more information about flea control.
Yes, as long as you are mixing and applying Cyonara 9.7 as labeled and allowing time for the product to dry it will be completely safe to be around.
Cyonara 9.7 is a very good product that can be used for wasps. Be sure to spray around areas where you have seen activity. You could also use a dust, such as Delta Dust, in holes where you have seen them. This will make the area uninhabitable to live in.
The Cyonara does not have an IGR in the concentrate. You can mix any insect growth regulator with Cyonara and spray at the same time.
