Yes, Dimension 2EW Herbicide is labeled for controlling sandbur. You can reseed 3 months after application.
You can only mix the Dimension 2EW and a non selective product like Eraser or Roundup if you are spraying a bare ground area or and area where no desirable vegetation is currently present. Dimension is normally used in turfgrass and ornamental areas as a pre emergent herbicide for weed prevention and Eraser and Roundup are normally used for post emergent spot treating or broadcast if everything in that area is needs to be killed. If that applies to you then you can mix the two without issue.
You will use anywhere from 0.28-0.73 oz of Dimension 2EW Herbicide per 1000 sq. ft., depending on your location, what weeds you need to treat, and the application program you choose. Please refer to pages 4-6 of the product label to find the exact usage rates for your needs.
Spraying Dimension 2EW and Gallery SC directly to soil will definitely be better, more thorough and can yield better results. If this is not possible, make sure that the products, whichever you apply, is watered in enough to ensure application, but it may yield slow results, and therefore decrease the effectiveness of it.
There is nothing on either the label of Dimension 2EW Herbicide or AmTide MSM 60 DF Herbicide regarding whether they can be tank mixed or not. We could recommend do a small tank mixture to do a compatibility test before mixing them together in a gallon mixture.

Dimension 2EW is one of the best pre-emergents we carry, but it’s not labeled to prevent Nutsedge. We do carry a product that is labeled for that called Echelon 4SC Herbicide, but according to the label, it is recommended that sod be established for at least six (6) months before an application of Echelon 4SC Herbicide.
Dimension 2EW will not prevent Bermuda from germinating and we are not aware of any product on the market that would do so for any desirable turf grass type. Removing bermudagrass from a tall Fescue lawn would be an effort of post emergent herbicides like Turflon Ester to remove the Bermuda and then overseeding with Fescue in the spots where it once was to try and fill in and smother it out. Bermuda is a fast creeping turf so constant efforts will be needed as well as reapplications for awhile to get it completely out of the yard.
The date printed on the bottle of Dimension 2EW Herbicide is the manufacturer date. The shelf life of the product is about 3 years when stored in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
