You can only mix the Dimension 2EW and a non selective product like Eraser or Roundup if you are spraying a bare ground area or and area where no desirable vegetation is currently present. Dimension is normally used in turfgrass and ornamental areas as a pre emergent herbicide for weed prevention and Eraser and Roundup are normally used for post emergent spot treating or broadcast if everything in that area is needs to be killed. If that applies to you then you can mix the two without issue.

Spraying Dimension 2EW and Gallery SC directly to soil will definitely be better, more thorough and can yield better results. If this is not possible, make sure that the products, whichever you apply, is watered in enough to ensure application, but it may yield slow results, and therefore decrease the effectiveness of it.
Dimension 2EW Herbicide can be applied whether the ground is wet or not. As long as there is no standing water in the parts of the soil that are being treated, it doesn't matter if the soil wet because, unlike a lot of other products, this product bonds to wet or dry soil.
There is nothing on either the label of Dimension 2EW Herbicide or AmTide MSM 60 DF Herbicide regarding whether they can be tank mixed or not. We could recommend do a small tank mixture to do a compatibility test before mixing them together in a gallon mixture.
Dimension 2EW Herbicide can be used to help prevent poa annua from emerging but will not effect any actively growing poa annua. Most products that are labeled for poa annua cannot be used on KBG as they are both cool season bluegrass types. We recommend that you spot treat the poa annua using a non-selective herbicide such as GlyPhoSel Pro and then reseed the areas.
