For mosquito control, you may use 1-3 oz of Essentria IC3 per gallon of water per 1000 sq ft. So you may use at least 20 oz of concentrate if you are treating the entire area. It is not usually required to use a surfactant with Essentria IC3. For larger sprayers, especially, the product label recommends to maintain agitation while spraying.

There is not a specific temperature requirement for applying Essentria IC3 except that temperatures should be above freezing to avoid damaging your spray equipment. You will usually see better residual spraying plants that are not already wet from dew or precipitation. We would not recommend spraying when the ground is very wet from precipitation, or when rain/snowfall is expected within 24 hours.
