We would recommend using the Farnam Just One Bite II Bars in our Protecta Rat Bait Stations. This will work for the size of the bait as well as offering a trap large enough to fit rats and mice.
It would not be recommended to burn the Just One Bite bars as a disposal method. The product label states: Dispose of wastes resulting from the use of this product in trash or at an approved waste disposal facility.

Farnam Just One Bite II Bars could potentially kill pack rats (woodrats) if they ingested it, although this bait is only labeled to eradicate Norway rats, roof rats, house mice and warfarin resistant Norway rats. A great bait for woodrats is Contrac Bulk Pellets. Per the label, apply 3 to 16 ounces of bait at intervals of 15 to 30 feet per placement. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease. Be sure to follow the label directions for safe and effective use.

Farnam Just One Bite II Bars is not a dehydrating product nor will it prevent an odor from deceased rodents. There is no way to guarantee where a rodent will die after consuming a rodenticide. We recommend baiting outdoors and using snap traps/glue boards indoors.

Tamper resistant rodent bait stations loaded with bait such as Fastrac Blox will help reduce the level of rodents on the property to a more manageable level. To protect individual vehicles you may want to consider using rat snap traps or mice snap traps (depending on which you have) beneath the vehicle and resting on the vehicle tires overnight.
