This Farnam Just One Bite II Bars are only labeled for rodents, so we can't say for certain if deer would be attracted to the bait or if they would eat it. By law, rodent bait should be put into a locked tamper-resistant bait box so that other animals and/or children will not be able to access the bait.
Per the manufacturer's product label for Farnam Just One Bite II Bars, "If animal eats bait, call veterinarian or 1-800-234-2269 at once."
Per the manufacturer's product label for Farnam Just One Bite II Bars, "Norway rats and house mice may consume a lethal dose in a single night's feeding with first dead rodents appearing four or five days after feeding begins."
Farnam Just One Bite II Bars are for use in and around agricultural buildings only. Bars are able to break into two pieces of 2 ounce bars for bait stations. Per the product label, "apply bait in locations out of reach of children, pets, domestic animals and nontarget wildlife, or in tamper-resistant bait stations."
We are sorry to hear your dog ingested Farnam Just One Bite II Bars. We would recommend contacting your vet immediately when your pet ingests something they should not. The vet may ask for information from the SDS here.
Farnam Just One Bite II Bars is best placed in rat bait stations if non target animal ingestion is a concern. Per the product label for RATS: While wearing gloves, apply two to eight 2-oz pieces of bar (or one entire BAR) at each placement location in infested areas. For burrow applications, insert one to two 2-oz pieces of bar at least six inches into each active burrow. Check treated burrows each morning and evening to make sure that baits have not been pushed out of burrows. For above ground treatment, space bait placements 15 to 30 feet apart. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 10 days or until fresh signs of rat activity cease to appear

It is possible that deer could be attracted to the food based ingredients in the Just One Bite though baits should not be used in areas that would be exposed to wildlife. It is not for killing hogs, only rodents.
Per the product label: Apply bait in locations out of reach of children, pets, domestic animals and nontarget wildlife, or in tamper-resistant bait stations. These stations must be resistant to destruction by dogs and by children under six years of age, and must be used in a manner that prevents such children from reaching into bait compartments and obtaining bait. If bait can be shaken from stations when they are lifted, units must be secured or otherwise immobilized. Even stronger bait stations are needed in areas open to hoofed livestock, raccoons, bears or other potentially destructive animals, or in areas prone to vandalism.
Do not apply further than 50 feet from agricultural buildings
Farnam Just One Bite II Bars is only labeled to be used to kill norway rats, roof rats, house mice and warfarin resistant Norway rats and are for use in and around agricultural buildings only. Unfortunately, we do not carry baits labeled to kill rabbits. We recommend checking out our Rabbit Control page for a variety of products available for your DIY needs.
Farnam Just One Bite II Bars would be replaced as needed when consumed or if they become contaminated or spoiled. Bait stations are mandatory for outdoor and/or above-ground use in and around agricultural buildings. Tamper-resistant bait stations must be used to prevent children, pets, non-target mammals, or birds from accessing the bait.
Farnam Just One Bite II Bars can be harmful to pets who eat the bait, we would recommend contacting your vet for further advice.
