Fertilome Weed Free Zone

Excellent product to control and get rid of those hard to get rid of weeds. Be sure you follow the directions carefully. great results using a tank pump sprayer. Delivery of product in the mail was pleasantly fast . Highly satisfied. Will buy again when i need more.

Works as Advertised

I bought Weed Free Zone to combat Ajuga which was taking over my lawn. Following instructions, I applied and within two days- the Ajuga was brown, a week later, it has dried up and was gone. The grass remained healthy. This is a great product.

Great stuff! Chamberbitter and Clover are obliterated!

I have a problem with Chamberbitter every June (even after isoxaben pre-em apps) and it looks like I finally found something that works on it post-emergently while still being safe for my Centipede lawn. It turned the chamberbitter brown/black in just a day or two. Amazing stuff. I think the higher concentration of 2-4d in this product along with 3 other ingredients was too much for the chamberbitter to handle. Also very effective on clover. And the wild violet is turning yellow and dying too. I will keep getting this every year for an overall broadleaf weed killer that is just a great performer. All I did was mix 2oz in a 2 gallon pump sprayer and went to town.

Wild Violets

Bought the fertilizer-lome product to kill off an infestation of violets in my lawn, it did the job along with outer weeds, but did not kill the grass...

LOVE THIS STUFF

Only mixed enough to spray about half of my yard. Just to be sure I was not gonna have any turf damage. at that time my grass did not need cut only the dandelions needed cut. So I mowed the grass waited a day and sprayed half of the yard. The half that I sprayed there is not one Dandelion. Worked GREAT.

Worked great. I had many patches of oxalis all over my lawn. I sprayed my whole lawn and within days all the oxalis turned brown and died. There was no damage to my lawn. I now go around and spot spray those nasty little yellow flowers. I have been fighting oxalis for years and I now hope I can have it controlled.

Works well

Pleased with this product. It does what it says and kills the target, not the grass. You'll notice it working within a day or two... And it continues to destroy the weeds (it's been a week now)

Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone

Man, this stuff works. Had large patches of a variety of weeds in my St. Augustine lawn. In three days after spraying the weeds were yellow and the grass around the spray area looked healthy. Made two spot passes and the lawn on looking great. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

Good product for oxalis and creeping charlie

The first application on Bermuda grass was 95% effective on oxalis and 100% on creeping charlie, both turned yellow within two days and gone in a few weeks. It took care of the few bull thistle and dandelion the pre-emergent didn't get.

Weed free zone freed my lawn of weeds

Kills Dollar weed

Used for second time this year different area, doesn't hurt Bahia grass. Slow takes 5 days they turn yellow and wither away. I'm in Nsples Florida weather so we got a unexpected rain storm a few hours after application still worked.

Fertilize weed kill for BAHIAA

Put down the suggest application rate, took about 2 weeks to fully work but noticed it working by next day of application. So far so good. I will be applying another treatment.

Does the job, esp. in spring

Owing to our robust fruit, grain, and legume industry here in WA, we have some oddball rules on 2,4-D and very limited weed killer options without licensure. I'd been frequently recommended PBI Gordon's SpeedZone to deal with common weeds in the cooler spring and autumn seasons. Speedzone is all but impossible to acquire around here, but 'Weed-Free Zone' was one of the few ester formulations I could find shipped to the Seattle area. Seems to be a re-packaged version of SpeedZone licensed in more locales. It 100% does the job, especially scene we've had a wetter, cooler spring than normal, Your average 3-way amine weed killer does the job 90% of the time, but I'm in that weird 10% window. Since it seems PBI Gordon has discontinued SpeedZone and analogs in homeowner-sized bottles, this is now my go-to. Definitely recommend, at least if you aren't in an extremely hot climate, over any usual 3-ways from the big box stores. Whatever premium you pay is worth the efficacy of this herbicide.

Virginia Button Weed

Virginia Button Weed was growing in my yard and nothing would kill it. I called DoMyOwn and they told me what to apply. So I bought their suggested chemical and it killed it and did not harm my lawn grass. Good service and price, will buy from them again!

i reached out to this company for a suggestion on the correct product to kill the bindweed invading my yard. They suggested the Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone One application and it was taken care of. I would say this company knows their stuff. I am a loyal customer from now on.

Not exactly weed free

I used it o my front lawn and the back yard; both have Bermuda grass and plenty of weeds. april showers in Texas provide a good environment for the weeds to grow. I am going to try again after the rainy season. Maybe it will be more effective .

The stuff really works! Be careful though. Overspray nears flowering plants results in major damage or plant death. Take heed. Don't use on a windy day. Weeds were dying within hours. Completely dead in 48 hours. Great product.

It came in the bottle. It was liquid. I mixed it per directions. I sprayed it per directions. Took 2 applications to kill all the purslane. I am satisfied.
