We do not recommend to fog for termites in a crawl space. It will not penetrate the raw wood. In this case we recommend to treat using Boracare. Boracare will penetrate up to 4 inches into the wood and will last the lifetime of the wood. You can paint it, spray it, or foam it onto the raw wood. Please take a few moments to review our treatment article on How to Treat for Termites for more information.

The Fogmaster Jr works really well for small areas but when fogging most solutions will only kill those insects that are out in the open at the time you fog and may make the area slightly repellent, such as with Riptide. We do not carry a Burgress Thermal Fogger so cannot compare it to the Jr. Sector Misting Concentrate is not labeled for fogging a lawn for mosquitoes so we cannot recommend it for this use. Riptide could be used in the Jr in the area and will help to temporary reduce the mosquitoes and other annoyance insects. Children should be out of the area during the treatment until dry. The key with mosquitoes is really using a residual product to the underside of leaves that will continue to kill the mosquitoes that land on a treated surface. Another option you could use is the EcoVia which is an all natural insecticide that will last about 30 days on outside surfaces.
