Grow & Gain All Purpose Liquid Fertilizer 10-10-5 is specially formulated all purpose liquid fertilizer concentrate to use with all sorts of outdoor and indoor plants. Grow & Gain is an extraordinary fertilizer for shrubs, trees, flowering plants, lawns and vegetables. With phosphates to encourage stonger roots, promote root growth, increase the hardiness of the plant and accelerate maturity. Nitrogen helps plants to grow more sturdy, increase dark green, rich foliage mature quickly, and increase stem growth. Potassium assists in production of fruits and flowers, encourages healthy green lawn grass and aids plants in using water and to resist drought, and also builds up plants’ resistance to disease.

Grow & Gain also contains important chelated micronutrients and organic acids. Chelated minors are more readily available to the plant and not as easily leeched as non-chelated minors. Organic acids help to grow stronger, healthier plants. They increase nutrient absorption, enhance soil structure, increase moisture retention which decreases plant stress, increase caliper size and root growth, and increase fertilizer efficiency.
Grow & Gain is a very acidic liquid fertilizer (low pH – 1.69) and helps neutralize alkaline water and soil, and unlock iron and other micronutrients – making them available to the plant. Over time, soil nutrients can become depleted and need a boost. Despite soil losing nutrients, it is not healthy for your plants to over-apply any fertilizer. Over-fertilizing causes plants to malabsorb and this may ultimately harm them.

It has my indoor plants growing just fine. I follow the instructions, so it is a no-brainer to get good results. I use old milk jugs for easy prep and mixing so I don't have to guess. I plan on augmenting my seed starters with this fertilizer to get stronger plants out the door when it's time to transplant them to my outside beds, pots and boxes.
Per the SDS, Grow & Gain All Purpose Liquid Fertilizer 10-10-5 is not an organic product.

Iron supplements have caused rust stains on my home. I have a fertigation system incorporated into the sprinkler system and don't want more stains.
Per the manufacturer of Grow & Gain All Purpose Liquid Fertilizer 10-10-5 it will not stain. It is a pale greenish color before it is diluted and will just wash off if the concentrated liquid gets on anything. It would just look like water if it did contact surfaces.
Unfortunately, the gallon is the only size that we carry in the Grow & Gain All Purpose Liquid Fertilizer 10-10-5.

Grow & Gain All Purpose Liquid Fertilizer 10-10-5 is labeled for use on flowering plants, so it should be safe to be used on dahlias.
